How we collect, store, and process your data securely at SPEAXA.
We collect direct registration details from you, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and profile photos. Additionally, we track student progress metadata such as join times, exit times, class participation lengths (for auto-marking attendance), assignment submissions, and behavioral feedback grades.
The Agora Web SDK is integrated to display live video and audio streams of teachers and students inside our virtual room. Agora streams are encrypted in transit. In-class chat communication and whiteboard drawings are temporarily synchronized to deliver the live interactive class environment.
Payment transactions are processed through Razorpay's secure checkout gateway. SPEAXA does not store credit/debit card numbers directly on our database.
To keep parent portals linked securely, we associate student and parent accounts using unique invitation codes (`SPX-STU-XXXXXX`). Only the verified linked parent profile has permission to retrieve reports and child performance graphs.
